JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking ServiceNow Testers to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program delivering critical platform and integration initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on testers who enjoy working in Agile delivery environments and have strong experience testing ServiceNow applications and integrated enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow applications
- Validate workflows, APIs, integrations, notifications and data flows across connected systems
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios and test documentation
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, SMEs and project stakeholders during sprint delivery
- Support defect management, test reporting and release activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on ServiceNow testing experience
- Strong experience in functional and integration testing within enterprise environments
- Experience working in Agile or Hybrid Agile delivery teams
- Exposure to API and integration testing
- Experience with Postman highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of JIRA or similar test/defect management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within sprint-based delivery pods
- Utilities sector experience beneficial and preferred.
Contract Details:
- Initial 3-month contract with strong possibility of extension
- Start ASAP – urgent requirement
- Sydney preferred (Hybrid working model)
- Open to remote candidates across Australia working AEST business hours
