About the Role
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Technology & Tools Lead to shape their platform strategy, governance, and analytics - driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll set the standards, guide delivery, and turn data into decisive action.
- Own the design, build, and rollout of ServiceNow solutions and operating processes
- Lead upgrades, automation, integrations, and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decisions
- Establish and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and practice guidelines
- Create insightful dashboards and performance reporting for IT and business leaders
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform roadmaps with business goals
- Coach and uplift teams to embed best practice and a culture of ongoing innovation
Skills & Expertise Requirements
You’re an accomplished ServiceNow SME or Practice Lead with deep platform knowledge and a passion for governance, reporting, and measurable outcomes.
- 6+ years’ hands-on ServiceNow leadership across design, delivery, and operations
- Proven success in deployments, upgrades, automation, and integration initiatives
- Strong reporting/analytics capability (e.g., Performance Analytics, Power BI or similar)
- Track record creating and enforcing SOPs, standards, and scalable ways of working
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear, influential communication
- Ability to translate platform capabilities and data into actionable business insights
