The Opportunity
We are seeking a ServiceNow Migration Lead to help Davidson Consulting deliver a key program of work focused on migrating service continuity plans and recovery procedures into the ServiceNow platform. This role will drive the transition from manual documentation to structured workflows, ensuring data accuracy, stakeholder engagement, and seamless integration with existing processes. It’s a hands-on opportunity to combine project leadership, technical understanding, and strong coordination skills to make a lasting impact on resilience, recovery, and business continuity practices.
The Role
In this role you will take the lead in ensuring successful migration and integration of continuity plans within ServiceNow, partnering closely with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Lead the migration of continuity plans into the ServiceNow platform
- Map service plans to recovery procedures within ServiceNow BCM
- Coordinate with SMEs to gather information and validate accuracy
- Identify data gaps and manage remediation where feasible
- Oversee approval workflows and ensure logical outcomes
- Liaise with technical SMEs and stakeholders throughout the project
About You
You will be an experienced professional with a blend of project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical understanding.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM/enterprise platforms
- Solid understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Knowledge of data migration and system implementation projects
- Familiarity with IT Disaster Recovery or resilience concepts
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and delivery-focused mindset
