About the Role
Our client is delivering an innovative Generative AI chatbot solution to transform customer and internal service experiences.
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join this project and uplift the organization’s knowledge capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications to support GenAI chatbot integration.
- Enhance and optimize knowledge management capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with AI specialists and platform engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft technologies, leveraging Azure services for scalability and security.
- Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
About You
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development (custom apps, workflows, integrations).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Knowledge Management and related modules.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack, including Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with API integrations and secure data exchange between platforms.
- Exposure to Generative AI or chatbot technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
