The Opportunity
This is a high-impact opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect with strong experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to lead enterprise-grade solution design and implementation. In this senior, billable role, you'll work with major clients to translate complex service operations needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions—particularly within ITOM domains. Your hands-on expertise, platform knowledge, and ability to align technology with business outcomes will drive meaningful results across client environments.
About the Role
You'll lead technical delivery across ServiceNow consulting engagements with a strong emphasis on ITOM architecture.
- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management and Service Mapping
- Deliver technically sound and scalable designs across diverse client environments
- Participate in stakeholder workshops to define and showcase service operations strategies
- Act as the ITOM subject matter expert in client-facing and delivery settings
- Support integration of ITOM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM)
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers, elevating ITOM delivery capability
About You
You’re a senior ServiceNow specialist with a deep understanding of ITOM capabilities and a track record of successful delivery across complex programs.
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience, with proven ITOM implementation expertise
- Certified in CSA and CIS-ITSM; CIS-ITOM highly regarded
- Strong grasp of CMDB design, Discovery, MID Server configuration and integrations
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills
- Confident leading solution architecture, mentoring others and ensuring best-practice outcomes
