About the Company
Are you an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment? This organisation is seeking a Service Administrator to support a busy technical services team during a leave period. With morning teas, team‑building activities and a genuinely supportive culture, this is a workplace that will impress you from day one.
This role requires flexibility to start between 7.00am and 8.30am each day, Monday to Friday, working a 7.6‑hour shift. Excellent communication, strong coordination skills and the ability to stay organised in a dynamic environment will set you up for success.
About the Responsibilities
- Maintain installation and service schedules, including booking new jobs, repairs and continuation work
- Monitor work chats and action required technician requests, job allocations and rebookings
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails and queries
- Manage internal and external customer service enquiries
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors
- Monitor shared inboxes and action items accordingly
- Request pricing from suppliers and compile quotations, order parts and liaise with suppliers on delivery timelines
