Senior UI/UX Designer
Lead design for a large digital transformation program. Work in Agile teams to deliver user‑centred designs for a major platform and new portal. 12‑month contract, hybrid work.
Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane-Hybrid
Key responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design activities and produce high‑quality design artefacts.
- Interpret research insights and translate them into design recommendations.
- Design accessible, responsive interfaces across devices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs and technical teams.
- Conduct user research, testing and workshops.
- Promote design standards and mentor junior designers.
About you - Strong UI/UX background with at least 3 years experience.
- Skilled in HCD, research, wireframes, prototypes and design systems.
- Experience with Adobe XD, Figma or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery.
