The role:
As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, user-focused digital solutions. You’ll plan, execute, and oversee system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for major ICT initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while guiding junior team members and influencing testing best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases for complex systems
- Conduct system, integration, regression, and UAT testing across multiple projects
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve defects
- Maintain detailed test documentation and manage defect tracking
- Provide mentorship and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst within large enterprise or government projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in using testing tools such as Browserstack, Ready API, Microsoft DevOps, or similar
- Experience with automation, performance, and load testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- ISTQB or ANZTB certification (highly regarded)
