About the Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for mobile applications within a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile test automation frameworks, including building stubs where required.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers for effective test planning.
- Execute automated tests and manage defect tracking.
- Support client-side performance testing (scripting and execution).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standards compliance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines to prevent regressions.
About You
You are an experienced automation engineer with strong mobile testing expertise and the ability to deliver quality outcomes within a contract setting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Appium and/or Espresso(Java-based automation framework).
- Experience with TestNG.
- Strong mobile automation testing experience.
- Experience using emulators/simulators.
- Experience with GitHub (version control).
- Hands-on experience with at least one testing framework such as Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) or another mobile automation framework.
Preferred
- Experience with Perfecto or Serinity using the Cucumber framework.
