The Opportunity

Join an organisation that is driving digital transformation through the launch of a major Works and Asset Management (WAM) program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale system implementation that will enhance how assets and workforce management are delivered across the organisation. Working within a supportive, collaborative, and culturally diverse team, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring quality across all integration and testing phases for a key digital platform rollout.

This role requires someone who can come into the office which based in Geelong 2-3 days per week. Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.

The Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing for the organisation’s new IBM Maximo-based Works and Asset Management solution.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, executing, and managing SIT, UAT, and regression testing across multiple integration points and platforms.
  • Conducting hands-on API testing(Postman or similar) and validating both front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Coordinating testing within a vendor-based environment, working with partners such as IBM and TechOne.
  • Creating test data, maintaining traceability from requirements through to outcomes, and reporting on progress and risks.
  • Managing defects through JIRA, supporting triage processes, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborating across technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery.



About You

In order to be a successful applicant, you will bring hands-on experience in system integration testing across complex environments and strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative team.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience with IBM Maximo or other asset/workforce management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in functional, integration, regression, and API testing (Postman, JIRA).
  • Experience working in vendor-based or multi-platform environments (e.g., TechOne, IBM).
  • Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end validation and data testing.
  • ISTQB or equivalent software testing qualification (desirable).
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
