Senior Technology Project Manager – Office Fitout
Contract: 12 months
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

We’re seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of all technology components for a major office fitout. This is
not a construction or property fitout role
– the focus is solely on the technology stream.
You’ll oversee infrastructure planning and implementation, including AV, networking, security, Wi-Fi, and workplace systems. The role involves managing schedules, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, risk, and stakeholder engagement, through to handover to BAU support.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years in technology project delivery
- Experience leading workplace technology fitouts or relocations
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
- Knowledge of data cabling, comms rooms, AV, access control, and related systems
