About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integration solutions using Workato or Mulesoft.
- Define and validate API integration requirements, including RESTful services and Webhook-based communication.
- Support real-time data processing initiatives using Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
- Produce process maps using BPMN standards and maintain documentation in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to support decision-making and solution design.
About You
- Significant experience as Technical Business Analyst ideally within financial services and large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience with Workato or Mulesoft for integration
- Strong understanding of API integration principles and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or equivalent platforms for real-time data streaming.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, BPMN process mapping, and Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence outcomes.
