About the Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a 6-month contract, supporting a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver full end-to-end recruitment, from strategic sourcing to offer management. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you’ll partner with the business to attract and secure exceptional talent across engineering, project delivery, HSE, and commercial disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Source and engage high-calibre talent across technical and professional disciplines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future project requirements.
  • Champion the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.

About You

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project-based sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
  • Highly skilled in sourcing, market mapping, and proactive candidate engagement.
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail and delivery focus.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
