About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will deliver data migration services and provide senior level infrastructure support to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft platforms and collaboration services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, support, and optimise SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, including file server migrations
- Lead and support the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and broader M365 collaboration services
- Administer and support core Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Provide senior incident response and operational support across infrastructure platforms
- Contribute to infrastructure design, documentation, and project delivery activities
About You
You are an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise and a pragmatic, delivery focused mindset.
You will bring:
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, including migrations
- Solid hands on experience with Microsoft 365 services and identity platforms
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and core infrastructure services
- Experience providing senior level operational and incident support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across operations and projects
