The Opportunity:
We’re working with one of Australia’s top financial institutions to find multiple experienced Java and/or GoLang Engineers to join a high-performing team supporting a large-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of digital identity services that support millions of users.
The Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain CIAM services using Java and/or GoLang.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Integrate identity solutions with cloud-native platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Ensure secure authentication and access using protocols such as OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements in system performance and resilience.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance.
About You:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or GoLang development.
- Proficient with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Sound understanding of IAM principles and secure authentication protocols.
- Skilled in modern DevOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, automation.
- Excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and team collaborator.
- Prior experience in enterprise or financial services environments is a plus.
