The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a large and complex enterprise environment where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work on integration-led service improvements, help shape technical direction, and contribute to a broader uplift in service management capability. This role will suit a hands-on senior developer who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, building scalable automation, and influencing technical outcomes across a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality automation and integration outcomes across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Design, develop, test, document, release, and support complex ServiceNow solutions
- Deliver integrations between systems using REST, SOAP, custom APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub
- Develop automation components and supporting solutions using .NET and PowerShell
- Build reusable custom Spokes and Actions to support scalable workflow automation
- Provide technical advice and input into solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Support the ongoing operation and administration of the ServiceNow platform
About You
You are a senior technical specialist with deep ServiceNow capability, strong integration experience, and the judgment to operate with minimal supervision.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience across Service Catalog, Integration Hub, Web APIs, and MID Servers
- Hands-on capability with .NET and PowerShell in integration and automation environments
- Proven experience designing and developing integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and custom APIs
- Experience building enterprise-grade reusable components, including custom Spokes and Actions
- Strong understanding of Flow Designer, workflow automation, and system interoperability
- Relevant certifications such as CSA, CIS - Integration Hub, and ITIL will be highly regarded
