About the Role
Own day-to-day Salesforce platform and be the translator between the business and the platform, ensuring solutions work. Resonsibilities include (but aren't limited to):
- Configure, automate (Flows), secure, and support Salesforce; drive data quality and releases
- Turn business needs into clear requirements and deliver pragmatic, fast outcomes
- Coordinate with a third-party dev partner when light Apex/LWC work is needed (clicks over code first)
- Work across integrations and reporting: Sales Cloud, Make (middleware), custom portals (Power Pages) and API-driven data flows (incl. OneLake)
About You
We’re looking for a proactive communicator with strong admin depth and stakeholder savvy.
- 3–5 years as a Salesforce Admin; ADM-201 certified; expert with Flows, reports/dashboards, sharing/permission sets & Lightning pages
- Stand-out soft skills: facilitate workshops, translate needs into config, manage expectations, and champion adoption/training
- Integration literacy: APIs and middleware (e.g. Make); solid data management (Data Loader) and SDLC tooling (VS Code, Postman)
- Nice to have: basic Apex/trigger exposure, LWC awareness, Formstack, SAP/finance systems, Azure/OneLake/Power Platform, plus working knowledge of SQL/JS/HTML
