About the Role
As Senior Risk and Compliance Uplift Advisor you will:
- Work with the GM Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices
- Shape and embed frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency
- Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls
- Build capability within the risk and compliance team
- Influence and guide senior leaders
*Initial contract of six months with a strong likelihood of extension.*
About You
You bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles
- Strong capability in implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
- Relevant qualifications (CRMA or similar highly regarded)
- Experience uplifting both processes and people within complex or regulated environments
