About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a strategic digital banking initiative. You’ll be at the forefront of a major transformation, overseeing customer and data migrations, legacy system integrations, and the rollout of a modern digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale customer and data migration programs.
  • Manage integration of front-end digital channels with legacy core banking systems.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence under tight regulatory, cost, and executive constraints.
  • Champion change management and industrialized migration pathways.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering complex technology programs >$20M, ideally within banking.
  • Demonstrated success in legacy-to-digital platform migrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud, digital banking platforms, and security enhancements (highly desirable).
  • Experience with digital banking apps and customer experience platforms (highly desirable).
  • Exposure to acquired bank integrations or multi-brand migrations (highly desirable).
