About the Role
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with hands-on capability to lead a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise program, ensuring outcomes are achieved across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including programs leveraging SAP RISE.
- Engage and manage a diverse group of stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder environments with confidence and clarity.
- Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and articulate business needs to technical teams.
- Define and manage roadmaps that reflect both current and future business priorities.
- Drive high-quality program outcomes through proactive leadership, governance, and risk management.
- Act as a hands-on leader where required, removing blockers and supporting delivery teams to meet objectives.
About You
- Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise SAP programs, ideally including S/4HANA and cloud-based migration (RISE with SAP).
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management at senior levels.
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation – with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Commercially astute with excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- A strategic thinker with a delivery mindset and ability to work at both the executive and operational level.
