About the Role
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with significant senior leadership experience to lead large-scale Salesforce initiatives, particularly within the Public Sector Solutions space for a government client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs across onshore and offshore teams.
- Ensure alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and business outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with transparency and professionalism, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Oversee resource management including hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of cross-functional teams.
- Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction through structured service delivery.
- Resolve conflicts and mentor teams to foster collaboration and accountability across distributed environments.
- Track financial performance, manage change controls, and protect delivery margins.
- Communicate effectively with executive and operational audiences through impactful written and oral presentations.
About You
- Significant experience managing largescale, complex projects within the Salesforce environment
- Proven success in managing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and delivery methodologies.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and customer service.
- Experience in strategic partnership building with internal and external stakeholders.
