About the Role
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a critical stream within a major transformation program.
This role focuses on transitioning core technology ecosystems to a new target state solution, ensuring successful registry migration and integration of surrounding systems.
You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the core registry platform migration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Coordinate planning and design activities across multiple teams, including data platforms, correspondence management, reporting, analytics, and external integrations.
- Manage end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering through to go-live, including technical build, testing, and business readiness.
- Oversee RAID logs, budgets, resource planning, and compliance with governance standards.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple delivery teams.
- Support and motivate cross-functional teams, driving accountability and innovation.
About You
- Extensive project delivery experience in superannuation, wealth management, investments, or finance.
- Experience with registry platforms and related ecosystems.
- Experience managing complex platform migration projects
- Experience in managing target-state software delivery
- Strong background in large-scale transformation programs and multi-stream transitions.
- Proven expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Financial controls, budget management, and risk resolution experience.
