Senior Project Manager – Electronic Security Systems Uplift
Contract | 12 months +, Sydney / Hybrid
We’re seeking a senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale upgrade of enterprisescale electronic and physical security systems, including access control and alarm management platforms, within a complex, multi-site environment.
This is a technology-driven program (not cyber security and not construction/facilities), focused on system upgrade, integration, and vendor-led delivery.
The role will take ownership from early-stage proof of concept through to full rollout, working across business and technical stakeholders and managing external vendors and system integrators.
Experience working to recognised Project management methodologies in large scale complex environments. Any exposure working in critical infrastructure environments would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a security systems platform upgrade (PoC to implementation)
- Manage vendors and integrators delivering access control and alarm systems
- Coordinate business, technical, and operational stakeholders
- Manage risks and dependencies in live, site-based environments
Ideal experience:
- Proven experience delivering technical system upgrades or platform replacements
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Exposure to electronic and physical security systems(access control, CCTV, alarms) or similar ecosystems
- Background in IT, digital, infrastructure, or systems integration delivery
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability
Note:
This is a physical security systems program, not a cyber security role and not a construction/facilities project management role.
This is a high-impact role suited to a senior PM comfortable operating across both technical and operational environments.
