About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact program focused on building out a future-ready technology environment, in preparation for a large-scale migration of systems and applications from a key partner.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a complex build and transition program, working closely with business analysts, solution designers, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface to the partner organisation, ensuring alignment and engagement across stakeholders.
- Manage scope and delivery within defined contractual and commercial boundaries.
- Lead the build-out of the target state environment, ensuring readiness for future migration activities.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience leading complex build, transition, and transformation programs.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate contractual frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in superannuation or financial services is preferred
