The Opportunity
This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale data integration and cloud migration program across hundreds of sites nationwide. You’ll have a direct impact on a major technology rollout, managing multiple vendors, onshore and offshore teams, and engaging with senior stakeholders. With a likely long-term extension, this role offers stability and the chance to make your mark on a significant national project.
The Role
You will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring milestones are met, priorities are aligned, and outcomes are achieved to the highest standard on an initial 10 month contract, with scope for extension.

Lead large-scale on-premises to cloud migration (~1,200 sites)

Manage blended vendor teams and coordinate US & local stakeholders

Deliver GCP data integration rollout in an Australian-focused scope

Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to suit project needs

Maintain clear progress reporting to senior leaders and sponsors
About You
You are an experienced, confident leader with deep project management expertise and the ability to bring clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Extensive experience in project management with complex, enterprise scale projects of work

Skilled in Agile, running Scrum, QBRs, and review meetings

Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management

Strong documentation skills and proficiency in MS Project Planner (or similar)

Experienced with Jira, Confluence, and integration projects

Exposure to on-premise to cloud, GCP and cloud migration programs preferred

Proven ability to deliver through multiple vendors and global teams
