About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be steering the ship across multiple technical workstreams within a major program. Think architecture, data migration, integrations, reporting, testing and more. You’ll be accountable for delivery outcomes spanning both Waterfall and Agile disciplines, engaging stakeholders from architecture to operations, and working closely with third-party vendors.
Your scope will include:
- Full lifecycle project ownership – scope, budget, schedule, governance, and quality
- Leading Agile delivery teams and managing the product backlog in a dynamic environment
- Coordinating enterprise architecture, change management, and service delivery teams
- Risk mitigation, issue resolution, and transparent reporting to executive stakeholders
- Vendor selection support through RFI/RFP processes and managing supplier engagement
About You
You’re a delivery pro with a passion for making complex things simple and achievable. You know how to lead with influence and you thrive on collaboration, momentum, and measurable impact.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A background in large-scale IT project delivery within complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience in Agile practices and PMBOK-based project governance
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP and/or CRM platforms (e.g., implementations, enhancements, integrations)
- Experience working on operational systems
- Deep understanding of systems delivery integrations, data, architecture, change
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across business and IT
- A practical, proactive mindset, you manage ambiguity like a pro and know when to escalate vs. adapt
- A background in utilities, construction or transport is desirable.
