About the Company
Davidson is partnering with a leading financial services organisation undergoing significant operational transformation. With a strong focus on simplifying processes, improving service delivery and leveraging emerging technology, they are looking for an experienced Senior Process Improvement & Automation Analyst to join the team on a 3-month engagement.
About the Role
This role will drive operational transformation across complex business processes, combining process engineering, business analysis, continuous improvement and intelligent automation. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to redesign end-to-end processes, identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable improvements across productivity, cost, risk and service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating discovery workshops and engaging stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.
- Mapping current and future-state processes and developing scalable operating procedures.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Identifying opportunities across GenAI, intelligent automation, workflow automation and productivity enhancement.
- Partnering with technology teams and vendors to assess feasibility and quantify business outcomes.
- Supporting target operating model design across people, process, technology and governance.
- Establishing KPIs, benefits frameworks and executive reporting to track improvements.
About You
- Extensive experience across process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence or transformation.
- Proven experience leading complex process redesign and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong process mapping skills, with experience designing scalable future-state processes and operating models.
- Experience identifying opportunities across intelligent automation, AI, RPA, BPM or workflow automation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills across business and technology teams.
- Experience developing transformation roadmaps, KPIs and benefits measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical capability across data, reporting and benefits realisation.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and/or Business Analysis certification will be highly regarded
- Experience with superannuation or wealth management is a must
