About the Role
You will be working on a major Core HR Transformation program, migrating all core HR systems—including payroll, HR, and L&D—into Workday.
As a key member of the transformation team, you’ll bridge the gap between process modelling and actionable analytics. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating current state processes into future state designs, supporting analytics, and ensuring alignment with Workday capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR transformation team with process analytics, design validation, and future-state modelling.
- Translate mapped processes into meaningful insights to inform decision-making and solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and L&D to ensure alignment with Workday capabilities.
- Help standardise documentation and modelling approaches across the team.
About you:
- Proven experience as Senior Business Analyst or Process Analyst with HR systems experience.
- Strong background in HR transformation, ideally with Workday exposure.
- Experience with process mapping tools—Signavio preferred, but Visio also acceptable.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex process designs, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Previous experience in banking/and or finance as a business analyst or business process analyst (Advantageous)
- Strong communicator with a structured approach to problem-solving and documentation.
