About the Role
As the Senior Payroll Officer, working in a team environment, your responsibilities will include –
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Adhere to requirements for processing superannuation, pay as you go (PAYG), STP and other deductions
- Calculate and prepare termination pays
- Respond to payroll enquiries in a timely manner
- Complete tasks arising from allocated tickets
- Assist with reporting
About You
Experience with payroll processing is essential, along with the usual traits that all great payroll people have – high level attention to detail, timeliness, clear communication, strong customer service skills and patience.
The Benefits
- 76-hour fortnight, worked over 9 or 10 days
- 3 days per week in office - every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- CBD & Eight Mile Plains office locations
- Salary equivalent to $100 000 plus super when using salary packaging benefits
- Paid overtime
- Start between 7.30am and 8.30am daily
