About the Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will see you take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for around 400 employees on a fortnightly cycle. You’ll work collaboratively within a small, capable payroll team while also contributing to improvement projects and ensuring full compliance with legislation and internal policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end payroll processing, including back-pays, terminations, and adjustments
  • Payroll tax, superannuation lodgements, and STP submissions
  • Reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation
  • Providing accurate and timely payroll advice to employees and managers
  • Supporting payroll-related projects and process improvements

  • Salary circa $100,000–$120,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience), pro-rata for part-time

You’re a confident and capable payroll professional with solid end-to-end experience in medium-to-large payroll environments. You’ll be comfortable collaborating with the broader team and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
