Senior Payroll Business Analyst
6-Month Day Rate Contract | SAP SuccessFactors | Sydney | Hybrid Work
We’re partnering with a major organisation seeking a Senior Payroll Business Analyst to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as part of a broader payroll and HR systems uplift.
This is a 6-month day rate contract where you'll lead business analysis, process mapping, and testing to help deliver a compliant, efficient and future-ready payroll solution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Map and optimise payroll processes across HR, IT and Finance
- Lead workshops, document user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse gaps and design future-state processes aligned to payroll compliance
- Coordinate testing and UAT for payroll calculations, tax and reporting
- Support configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in payroll or HRIS-focussed business analysis roles
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance in Australia
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or enterprise payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Workday, Oracle)
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
