About the Role
In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of technologies spanning networking, wireless, firewalling, and cybersecurity, supporting clients both on-site and remotely. You’ll also collaborate closely with a high-performing BAU Service Desk team, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end systems engineering services across switching, wireless, firewalls, and security
- Provide expert support across multi-vendor environments, including Windows and/or Apple ecosystems
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues and deliver advanced problem resolution
- Manage user access (account provisioning/deprovisioning) and file-sharing configurations
- Install and maintain endpoint software, licensing, and device setup/migrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations
- Accurately document technical work, time entries, and solutions within ticketing systems
- Act as an internal escalation point and trusted SME for the national team
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong hands-on expertise with networking and security technologies such as Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet
- Demonstrated experience implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure hardware
- Deep technical knowledge across switching, wireless, firewalls, and networking
- Relevant certifications: CCIE and JNCIE
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
