About the Role

Seeking a Senior Network Engineer to work on a large-scale data centre migration.

You will work closely with network architects, designers, and delivery teams to turn approved designs into stable, secure, and highly available network services that support business‑critical systems and ongoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support complex enterprise network solutions across data centre, backbone, and core network environments
  • Execute network changes and upgrades in line with approved HLDs and LLDs, ensuring minimal service impact
  • Provide senior‑level operational support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution across routing, switching, and connectivity platforms
  • Collaborate with architecture and design teams to provide engineering input into network designs and feasibility
  • Lead or contribute to network uplift programs focused on resilience, performance, security, and operational maturity
  • Support migrations and enhancements in brownfield enterprise environments
  • Identify and mitigate operational risk, ensuring compliance with security, risk, and change management processes

About You

You are a hands‑on Senior Network Engineer with deep experience supporting large‑scale enterprise environments and a strong background in implementation and operations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in enterprise network engineering roles
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting complex network solutions in multi‑vendor environments
  • Experience with Cisco Nexus
  • Strong practical knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, including BGP, IGPs, VXLAN, and Layer 2 technologies
  • Experience with data centre and backbone technologies such as MPLS, Internet routing, IPAM, and large‑scale WAN/LAN environments
  • Demonstrated experience working in brownfield environments, including migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh programs
  • Solid troubleshooting experience across DNS, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high‑availability environments
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work across engineering, architecture, security, and delivery teams

Technologies & Certifications (Desirable):

  • Experience with Cisco and Juniper enterprise platforms
  • Industry certifications highly regarded (e.g. CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE)
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
