About the Role
This is a newly shaped Senior Marketing Manager role, created to lead Davidson’s marketing function as a commercially accountable value centre.
As Davidson enters an exciting next phase — including a brand refresh on the horizon — this role has a clear mandate to translate brand strength, insight and credibility into measurable commercial outcomes, market visibility and growth. You will balance near-term impact with longer-term brand and capability evolution, owning strategy and execution.
Location is preferably Melbourne or Brisbane, with a hybrid
working model.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead enterprise marketing strategy with clear ownership of ROI and performance
- Establish marketing as a disciplined, insight-led value centre
- Own Davidson’s external voice through thought leadership, publications and earned media
- Deliver content and campaigns that strengthen authority, demand and credibility
- Steward the brand through an upcoming refresh and future evolution
- Improve client and candidate experience across digital and content touchpoints
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted, commercial advisor
- Lead a small, high-performing team and specialist partners
What We’re Looking For
- Senior B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in professional services, recruitment or consulting
- Proven accountability for marketing performance and commercial outcomes
- A strong editorial mindset, with the ability to translate complex insights into credible narratives
- Deep capability in thought leadership, content and positioning
- Commercial judgement to prioritise effort where it delivers impact
- Confident, pragmatic leadership in a change-oriented environment
