You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning across the firm by modernising our technical capability programs and championing a culture of lifelong learning.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a small, high-performing team, you will partner closely with subject matter experts across several diverse practice groups to co-create dynamic, contemporary learning solutions that drive professional growth, operational excellence, and readiness for emerging technologies, including AI. This is a highly hands-on role that requires deep expertise in modern learning design while balancing both strategic leadership and operational delivery.
In this role, you will design and implement innovative learning experiences spanning blended learning, microbursts, workflow-embedded development, and self-directed pathways, while also overseeing the firm’s compliance program and leading the transition from Cornerstone Learning Hub to the Workday LMS. With strong influence, collaboration, and thought leadership, you will guide senior stakeholders on emerging trends and best practice learning approaches, ensuring our learning culture evolves in line with the needs of a modern professional services environment. The role requires someone capable of applying sophisticated learning capability while remaining comfortable ‘doing the work’ in a firm of their size, where impact is created through both strategic thinking and hands-on design.
