Pitcher Partners Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Employee Experience to join its People Experience Group. The role is on a 12-month fixed term basis, commencing in late February, based in the Melbourne CBD office. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a pivotal senior role focused on delivering firm-wide initiatives that enhance engagement, culture and capability across the firm.
The opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and key enabling teams to deliver contemporary employee experience initiatives aligned to the firm’s brand promise of Making business Personal. You will play a central role in shaping how employees engage with Pitcher Partners across the employee lifecycle — from early careers through to leadership.
Key Priorities
- Drive employee experience uplift: design and deliver firm-wide initiatives across employee lifecycle, wellbeing, OHS, diversity, equity and inclusion, and benefits
- Embed leadership and capability: oversee leadership and professional development programs to build capability and support high performance across the firm
- Leverage employee insights: own and evolve feedback, survey and listening frameworks to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
- Strengthen the employee lifecycle: embed capability frameworks and contemporary practices across key moments that matter, from early careers through to leadership
- Enable early careers success: provide strategic oversight and leadership to Early Careers programs, ensuring alignment with firm-wide engagement and performance priorities
- Build trusted partnerships: work closely with partners, senior leaders and key stakeholders to influence outcomes and embed employee experience initiatives
- Lead and empower the team: develop the Employee Experience team, providing clarity, capability and direction while managing budgets and resources
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR leader with a proven track record of delivering firm-wide initiatives in employee lifecycle management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
You will bring:
- Strong leadership and people management capability, with a collaborative, empathetic and inclusive approach
- Demonstrated excellence in translating strategy into practical programs that enhance culture, engagement and capability
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and the resilience to lead change across a diverse professional services organisation
- Extensive experience in employee experience or HR leadership, with a proven track record of delivering firm-wide initiatives
