Senior Investigator – Regulatory Investigations
- 3-month contract, possible extension or permanency
- Flexible hybrid work model – 3 days onsite, Richmond, VIC
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Investigator to join a regulatory investigations team. This role involves case work that may include covert surveillance and matters related to suspected money laundering.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting investigations into potential regulatory breaches
- Supporting intelligence-led and covert operations
- Preparing reports, including ministerial briefings
- Working with external agencies as required
- Maintaining records and case documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in investigations in a regulatory or government setting
- Strong understanding of compliance and legislation
- Report writing skills, particularly for formal audiences
- Exposure to covert or surveillance operations is an advantage
