About the Company:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Investigator to join a busy HR investigations team. This role provides high-level investigative services into allegations of misconduct and corrupt conduct, ensuring investigations are handled thoroughly, fairly, and with sensitivity.
About the role:
- Conduct and manage administrative investigations in line with legislation and policy.
- Interview witnesses and subject officers in a professional and trauma-informed manner.
- Analyse evidence, prepare findings, and produce clear investigation reports.
- Liaise with key stakeholders as required.
About you:
- Proven experience conducting sensitive workplace or regulatory investigations.
- Strong interviewing, evidence analysis, and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of public sector legislation, Code of Conduct, and employment law.
- Must hold a current Blue Card(Working with Children Check).
- Resilient and able to manage exposure to complex and sensitive subject matter.
