We’re seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst / Manager to work in a team of professionals to help implement operational readiness across complex initiatives. This role bridges solution delivery and business operations, ensuring effective adoption, benefits realisation and a smooth transition into BAU.
You’ll work across planning, delivery, go‑live and stabilisation phases, partnering closely with delivery, technical and operational teams to embed change into program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated implementation and change planning aligned to delivery, transition and benefits realisation
- Conduct impact assessments across processes, systems, roles, capability and operating models
- Translate impacts into practical, delivery‑aligned implementation actions
- Define and manage operational readiness and go‑live criteria
- Coordinate transition to BAU ownership and support models
- Manage implementation risks, dependencies and sequencing
- Provide clear, decision‑ready reporting on readiness, risks and progress
- Partner with stakeholders to co‑design and validate implementation approaches
About You
- Proven experience delivering implementation, operational readiness and BAU transition in complex programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience working in structured enterprise or regulated environments
- Practical understanding of change, delivery and business analysis practices
- Familiar with Agile/Hybrid, Waterfall, Prosci, BABOK or similar frameworks
- Analytical, adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguity
