We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders in a values-led professional environment, driving measurable commercial outcomes through a high-performance people agenda. This is a senior, influential role where you’ll shape people strategy, strengthen culture, and help leaders lift productivity, capability, engagement and retention in support of business growth.
About the Role:
Across a portfolio of key stakeholder groups, you’ll translate business priorities into practical, high-impact people solutions that improve performance and execution. You’ll lead core initiatives across organisational design, performance and talent management, leadership capability, employee engagement, complex employee relations, and change—using insight and data to inform decisions, manage risk, and optimise the employee experience to support profitability and sustainable performance.
About You:
You’re an experienced senior HR partner with strong commercial acumen and confident influencing at the executive level. You’re known for connecting people decisions to business outcomes and taking a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
You will bring:
- Significant experience in senior HR partnering roles (professional services and/or complex matrix environments ideal)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Solid grounding in complex employee relations, risk management, and change
- A data-informed mindset and comfortable using insight to guide decisions and measure impact
- A balanced style: strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
