Melbourne CBD & North West Region, 3 days office, 2 days home hybrid.
Salary:
up to $132,230 p.a. + super (commensurate with experience)

We’re currently recruiting multiple
HR Business Partner
positions to join a high-performing People & Culture team within a large, complex organisation. These roles are best suited to professionals who bring grit, perseverance, and a long-term mindset—those who can earn trust, think strategically, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
Working closely with senior leaders across either the Melbourne CBD or North West region, you will play a pivotal role in delivering people initiatives, managing complex employee relations matters, and shaping organisational culture in a highly unionised environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to executive and senior leaders, influencing people strategies and organisational effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations and grievance matters with a focus on resolution and risk mitigation.
- Lead and support cultural and organisational change initiatives to embed performance and accountability.
- Deliver integrated HR solutions that are aligned with both strategic goals and industrial obligations.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven senior HR generalist experience within a highly unionised, industrialised environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex ER/IR matters and achieving favourable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and coaching capabilities.
- Experience leading or supporting change and transformation initiatives.
Additional requirements:
- Proof of qualifications listed on your CV (if requested).
- Triple vaccination in line with current workplace health and safety policies.
Available roles:
- 2 x Permanent positions – one based in Melbourne CBD, one in the North West region.
- 1 x 12-month fixed-term contract – based in the North West region.
