About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this part-time Senior Finance Officer role follows a structured 7-day fortnight:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- (7.6-hour days)
Working in a hands-on, manual environment, you’ll take ownership across transactional finance and support month-end processes. Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Processing Medicare claims and monthly submissions
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end close
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting reporting
About You
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Officer or all-rounder finance role
- AP/AR background in a manual or low-system environments
- Experience processing Medicare claims (or similar claims) is highly regarded
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Confident communicator with a practical, hands-on approach
