Davidson Technology are working with a large Federal Government Agency to secure 2 x Senior Dynamics CRM Developers to commence on an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of further extensions.



About the Role

As the Senior Dynamics CRM Developer, you’ll be responsible for delivering advanced solutions within Dynamics 365 by leveraging strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and client-side scripting to build custom plugins, workflows, and web resources. You’ll design and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows while integrating Dynamics with external systems through APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom-built connectors. With proficiency in PowerApps and Power BI, you will extend platform capabilities and deliver impactful data visualisations to support decision-making. You’ll manage database operations in SQL Server, oversee deployment strategies and version control using Azure DevOps or GitHub, and ensure secure, user-friendly solutions by applying Dynamics 365 security models and UX design principles. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting and optimisation using tools such as XrmToolBox, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business needs and enterprise standards.



About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll provide technical leadership across multiple squads, driving high-quality development, integration, and automation within the Dynamics 365 platform. With deep expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 modules, you will deliver hands-on development of plugins, workflows, extensions, and integrations while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and governance. You will mentor and support developers, review technical designs, and foster consistency across teams, while collaborating closely with solution architects, business analysts, and project managers. You’ll be highly skilled in PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL Server, and Azure services, extending platform capabilities, enhancing usability through UX design principles, and integrating Dynamics with external systems via APIs and third-party tools. You will also manage deployment pipelines, version control, and release processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub, provide production support through issue triage and resolution, and oversee security roles and profiles to maintain a robust and scalable environment.

The Benefits

You will be offered a 12-month contract (possible extension) on an excellent daily rate and the ability to negotiate a flexible working arrangement for the duration of the assignment.
