About the Role
You’ll lead practical work to standardise, govern, and connect data on Domestic, Family & Sexual violence to enable reliable insights and better decision-making.
- Lead delivery of the data roadmap across multiple interdependent workstreams
- Establish foundational data elements, including quality strategy, standards, and governance
- Standardise data for reporting, validate outcome indicators, and uplift admin datasets
- Review risk and safety methodologies to support consistent, comparable reporting
- Improve data flows and linkage across prevalence, demand, and service system datasets
- Establish mechanisms to monitor client safety and perpetrator interventions
About You
You’ll bring deep experience working with sensitive human services data, plus the technical and stakeholder skills to drive change across a multi-agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience in analytics, transformation, or improvement in social services (or similar)
- Previous experience working with human services, community, justice, or social data (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on capability with SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate (or similar tools)
- Strong business analysis skills - problem definition, requirements, and options analysis
- Experience delivering change across process, systems redesign, or data capability uplift
- Confident engaging with diverse stakeholders across government and service providers
