About the Role

  • End to end Change management design and delivery including strategy, planning, and implementation, supporting various functions,
  • Develops and delivers change management best practices across the organisation to ensuring its people are prepared and able to deliver its new obligations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assessment and definition of change management activities required across the Project deliverables.
  • Completion of all required Change Management artefacts including impact assessments, strategies, plans, readiness assessments, handover and embedding,
  • Planning, design and delivery of training that drives future state retention of skills, knowledge and attitudes.
  • Reporting status of Change Management activities and assisting in identifying, reporting, and escalating key change issues and risks within the project and portfolio,
  • Developing and delivering internal and external communication plans
  • Creating and rolling out training materials, updated procedures, and documentation
  • Supporting adoption through change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and engagement plans

About You

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager with demonstrable experience managing change for organisation-wide or cross-functional transformation projects
  • An expert in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication within complex environments, you'll be able to identify behavioural barriers to change acceptance and have the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication strategy background – confident in engaging from the ground floor to the executive level
  • Experience delivering training at all levels across several key business verticals
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and qualifications in change methodologies,
  • Experience of impact analysis, change readiness and adoption measurement, using structured frameworks and data.
