Senior Change Analyst

Davidson Technology are working with a large State Government Department to secure a Senior Change Analyst to coordinate change management, stakeholder communication and User Acceptance Testing activities for a current transition project.


About the Role

As the Senior Change Analyst, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end business change activities within complex ICT transformation environments, ensuring organisational readiness and sustainable adoption of new systems and processes. You will develop and deliver key change management artefacts including communication plans, stakeholder maps, impact assessments, training plans, and business readiness assessments, while managing change responses across system, process, and solution-related impacts. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to prepare documentation, material, and presentations that reinforce transformational change, support benefits realisation, and represent the project in high-level and technically complex engagements. Additionally, you’ll coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities from planning through to reporting, ensuring solutions meet required standards, and contributes to a collaborative, outcome-focused team culture through hands-on delivery and shared learning.


About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a highly capable Senior Change Analyst with demonstrated expertise in change planning, impact analysis, resistance management, and the successful delivery of multiple change initiatives within complex project environments. You’ll bring proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating change management and communication strategies, tools, and artefacts, ensuring organisational readiness and sustained adoption of new processes and systems. With strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, you will effectively influence diverse stakeholder groups, including senior management, to support business transition outcomes. Recognised for high-level communication, consultation, and problem-solving abilities, you’ll apply contemporary change methodologies and demonstrate extensive experience in supporting ICT-enabled transformations, including Microsoft 365 and technology migration initiatives, while remaining adaptable to evolving technical and organisational contexts.


The Benefits

You will be offered a 9-month contract (possible extension) on an excellent hourly rate and the ability to negotiate a flexible working arrangement for the duration of the assignment.
