About the Role

We’re seeking a highly capable Senior Change Analyst to support a major business transformation program focused on uplifting HR frameworks and delivering critical organisation‑wide compliance training.

This role works closely with the Business Change Manager to shape, plan and deliver change activities that ensure the business is ready, engaged, and confident with new processes and obligations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Change Manager in driving business readiness across HR and compliance change initiatives.
  • Assist in establishing and embedding the new HR governance framework, including mapping processes, roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop high‑quality change artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications and training support materials.
  • Coordinate and deliver key elements of the organisation‑wide compliance training program, including scheduling, communications and adoption tracking.
  • Work with HR, SMEs and business stakeholders to clarify impacts and support smooth implementation.
  • Prepare reports, updates and insights for leadership and program governance forums.
  • Help build structure and clarity in areas where processes or requirements are still forming.

About You

  • Experience as a Senior Change Analyst, ideally within HR, compliance, corporate systems or organisational transformation.
  • Strong ability to gather, interpret and simplify information for stakeholders.
  • Skilled in producing change artefacts with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Someone who is organised, proactive and able to work with ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to support stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple activities and following through to delivery.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across change, HR and operational teams.
