- Hybrid, 2 - 3 days onsite in Melbourne CBD
Davidson Technology Consulting is looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team working a complex transformation program on a contract basis.
We’re seeking strong, traditional BAs who can work across multiple streams, manage several impact assessments at once, and confidently identify risks, issues and dependencies. You’ll need to be comfortable connecting the dots across business and technology impacts and translating outcomes into clear functional requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting and managing multiple impact assessments concurrently
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements
- Assessing impacts across processes, systems, data and operational teams
- Identifying risks, issues, dependencies and gaps
- Producing key BA artefacts including impact assessments, functional requirements, process maps and gap analysis
- Working with stakeholders across streams to provide an end-to-end view of change
- Supporting workshops, requirements validation and delivery outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Strong traditional BA skillset
- Experience in complex change or transformation environments
- Ability to connect impacts across multiple streams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation capability
- Banking experience highly regarded
- Strong personal maturity and professionalism to operate effectively in a demanding environment
