With a customer-first mindset and a roadmap full of exciting transformation projects, they’re seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join their high-performing team and make an immediate impact.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll be embedded in cross-functional agile teams and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements
- Facilitating workshops and agile ceremonies
- Performing data analysis, mapping and drafting API specifications
- Leading customer research and journey mapping exercises
- Documenting detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
About You
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a similar BA role
- Background in retail environments
- Experience working on eCommerce systems or platforms
- Strong knowledge of Azure is beneficial
- Proven experience in ETL and API specification
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, and similar tools
