Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading organisation to source a Senior Business Analyst to support complex procurement and delivery programs.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned to procurement outcomes, enabling effective sourcing, contracting, and implementation.
About the Role
Sitting across both business and commercial functions, as the Senior Business Analyst your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Leading the definition of business, functional, non-functional, service, and security requirements
- Developing and assuring Statement of Requirements (SoR) and procurement artefacts
- Establishing end-to-end traceability from business need through to delivery outcomes
- Ensuring requirements are clear, testable, measurable, and contractually enforceable
- Supporting procurement processes including:
- Market engagement
- Supplier clarification responses
- Evaluation of supplier submissions
- Managing requirement baselines, change control, and impact analysis
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions with business, technical, and commercial stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment between requirements, solution design, and delivery outcomes
About You
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex programs
- Strong experience developing Statement of Requirements (SoR) and procurement artefacts
- Proven experience working with:
- Procurement / commercial teams
- Legal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to define:
- Requirements frameworks
- Traceability models
- Acceptance criteria and KPIs
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation
